Return Process

Upon delivery, please immediately inspect your items for any signs of damage or quality issues that may have occurred during transit.

If there is an issue, email our support team within 48 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- 3.Review Process
Our quality assurance team will review your claim within 2 business days to determine if a replacement or a full refund is appropriate for your specific case.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once approved, we will either ship a fresh replacement at no extra cost or issue a refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
